Every time I try to open this app it just shuts right now. Absolutely terrible. Not sure how this app is still made available.

Will not let me log in for a very long time - does it work for Canada anymore?

Cant log in with my account (worked previously). And while Im at it, it asks for a login each and every single time you open the app. App crashes when using the camera to submit code.

Is this ever going to get fixed. I have lost out of points due to this app not opening/crashing Thanks!!

Its got so bad this app immediately crashes the moment you attempt to open it. Such a disappointment.

This could be a super useful app, too bad it crashes when you open it. Lately I havent even been able to get on the website either. Way to go Pampers, I wonder if the Huggies app crashes...

I was very excited to have found this app, but it never worked quite right for me. At first, there were bugs: I couldnt just the scan option to enter a code (every time I tried it would crash). Then I downloaded the update expecting that bug to be fixed, only to find out that it wont let me log in since my account is with pampers.ca and NOT pampers.com. Ive tried to resolve things to changing my password, re-downloading the app. Finally, I was able to confirm that my password works in a browser but my credentials werent recognized by the app! Very disappointed!

Worked in Canada for me, once I reset my password. But disappointed that only 1 of my 4 rewards scans worked. The wipe wrappers are difficult for anyone to read, let alone some detection software. Needs improvement, or changes to the reward codes on the packages.

Would be better if scanner worked for the reward points.. This is the only reason I downloaded it.

I thought Id save some time not having to sign in and type in all the reward codes I save up over the course of the month. I ended up wasting more time trying to get the scanner to read the codes--which never did end up working.

This app made me give up on Pampers rewards.

Do I use this app to log my Pampers points? Yes. Do I like using this app for collecting points? No. The scanning function seemed like a terrific idea - no more typing in codes! Unfortunately I find it only reads the codes properly about 1/10 of the time, even when following their "well lit, even hand" scanning instructions. Sadly, I think this app just needs to be reimagined from the ground up.

I live in Canada and it works fine for me. The scanner is super easy to use as long as youre in good light. If youre outside it will scan 9 out of 10 times first try. Especially awesome if you collect them over the course of a few months and do them all at once.

Terrible app. Tap on the reward button to see what rewards there are and it takes me to the pampers website asking me to open the app. Huh? I was just in the app. Useless.

Every time I go on to enter codes, they are having issues. How often can an app be "experiencing difficulties" before it just becomes a terrible app?

I had read lots of complaints about the scanner prior to downloading the app but faced with limited time and a pile of codes, I decided to give it a try anyway. Surprisingly, the app worked pretty well for me. I found that if you lay the code flat (I.e. Cut it out of the diaper pack and lay it on a flat surface) and align the red line in the scan box directly underneath the code, it worked almost 9 out of every 10 tries. On the 10th try, I would have to correct a particular letter in the code but it still scanned and saved me time. Also, people have complained that it doesnt work for wipes codes but the app clearly states that you have to enter the wipes codes manually. Just an FYI...

The only reason I wont use this app is because it doesnt offer a region selector! Im Canadian and when I try to go to the grow on page or the rewards page it brings me to the American site! Also by the looks of the other comments on here you guys need to improve your scanner! Not impressed at all with this app! So sad!

The only thing this app is okay for is scanning codes. I am in Canada and the rewards takes me to a USA website where my credentials dont work. I dont want to go to a website for everything when I downloaded rhe app. Access to points breakdown would be nice. App needs a lot of upgrading to be beneficial.
