Accepts my login 2% of the time. The other 98% of the time its just a pretty icon on my iPhone.

Havent been able to get the app to move beyond the splash page, boots me right out... Please fix asap.

Wont even open Really disappointed

Cant even login. Correct email and password but says incorrect password or username. Seems like total junk

This app is terrible. I hate how you have to log in every time. It would be convenient if the scanner actually worked. (May just be my phone). It seems silly how you cant view pampers articles and videos through the app as well. The pampers website has pretty poor functionality too.

I used to love this app but now it wont even open. Hopefully they fix it soon.

Constantly crashes. App wont even load to open anymore. Too bad. Great diapers-crappy app!

App wont even open, previous to this, the camera scanning would also cause crashes.

The latest update was ridiculous - the app wouldnt even open anymore. Had to delete and reinstall. I like that I can enter codes without having to pull up the website, etc, but please bring back "keep me signed in". Its a huge pain to log in every time.

Actually lets me submit maybe 1 in 10 codes and now it crashes immediately after update.

I used to love this app it was very convenient. With each update however its gotten less reliable and now doesnt even open just crashes to the home screen while in the process of loading. Please dont just update, actually FIX it!!!

My app was crashing before it even loaded so I deleted and reinstalled it - works great, now!

App is always crashing and does not like to add new points on to current balance.. Even the mobile site has sign in issues. Can you please fix

Since the Dec. 20 update, it crashes every time I try to open. Please fix it! I was using regularly prior to the awful update!

Its so annoying. It would make my life easier if it actually opened up. As soon as I click to open it it just shuts down. Please fix

After the latest update, the app wont open! So frustrating! If it doesnt get resolved soon, Im switching brands. Ive been continuously using Pampers since 2009, sad there isnt better support and appreciation to loyal customers. Disappointing.
